The Alien Gear Cloak Chest Holster for the Ruger-5.7® is the perfect accessory for outdoorsmen. This comfortable, convenient rig allows you to carry and access the pistol without having to worry about cluttering up your waist while wearing a pack or slung long gun. The holster’s strap harness is made from durable woven nylon straps, soft enough to be comfortable but strong enough to endure miles of hunting and hiking through the backcountry. Strong, durable polymer buckles quietly secure the rig. The holster base features a cushioning layer of CoolVent™ neoprene, a ventilated fabric that provides cushioning while also wicking away sweat and moisture to let the skin breathe. The holster base is reinforced with layers of spring steel and woven ballistic nylon to create a strong platform for the holster and to assist with drawing from the holster. The holster base is joined by a custom-molded retention shell unique to the Ruger-5.7. The perfect fit ensures greater security and ensures a smooth draw and easy reholstering. Passive retention is adjustable, so you can dial in the retention and draw profile to your desired setting. The retention shell is canted, so that this chest gun holster has a natural draw angle. At nearly 45°, the cant angle also brings gravity into the equation, ensuring the pistol is carried at an angle for both optimum security and ease of access. The Alien Gear Cloak Chest Holster is backed by the manufacturer’s Forever Warranty, a lifetime warranty on the holster itself: if you trade in your gun for a new one, Alien Gear will exchange retention shells with you so you can continue using the holster.
