Detailed Description

Designed for use with 10mm Auto ammunition used in the Ruger® GP100® Match Champion®. These full moon clips are made from .032-thickness stainless steel and function as a speed loader as well as to assure positive ejection. The Moon Clips have an optimized charge hole design for positive ejection over a wide range of 10mm Auto ammunition. The easy to load full moon clips act as a speed loader for quick reloads. The design allows for loading and unloading without the use of a moon clip tool. Sold in a three pack. Made in the USA.

They do bend 5/10/2019
I am using the original moon clips that came with the GP100 not a Match Champion. Two of these are twisting. Quite noticeable when laying on a flat surface. Note that when a moon clip twists even just a little, the cylinder will not rotate smoothly or will completely jam! Yes, the revolver can function without using moon clips but forget about fast reloads.

Test before carry 7/7/2018
I bought 3 packs of theses for my match champion. They are easy to load and unload. They are also easy to bend. I pocket carried one all day in my front left pocket with nothing else in it and warped it a little. Still function in the gun. For the 3 sets i bought i had to dremel the inside of the moon clip to remove a burr on all 9 clips. They would not seat in the cylinder until the burr was removed. 3 stars because ruger should have the burrs removed before packaging.

MULTI caliber 4/27/2018
works good with 10 mm ammo , wondering if i can shoot 40S&W loaded in these moon clips through the GP100 /10mm ? 40 S&W & 10mm R the same diameter & the 40s fit in these moon clips . I have a S&W 10mm revolver & it can shoot 40s out of it . JUST asking , thank U
