Detailed Description

This right-handed, black, leather holster is compatible with the Ruger® SR1911® pistol. This unique, low-cut holster is designed to carry the firearm 'locked and cocked' (the thumb snap will not close properly unless the hammer is cocked.) Features include a reinforced rectangular thumb snap for quick snap release to help you to quickly draw and to safeguard against the strap falling into the trigger guard when re-holstering. For a snug fit and classic styling, the front of this holster is deeply molded and branded with the Ruger logo while the back of this holster features dual belt slots to fit belts up to 1.5" wide. Perfect, Excellent Holster for the SR1911 10/26/2016
This is an excellent holster. It fits the way you would want in holster for the 1911. It rides well, looks nice and is easily CC behind a blazer or sport coat. It is also nice for the range also and provides a good draw for practicing. Overall, this is the ONLY holster for the SR1911 in my opinion.

Nice fit, easy carry, quality build 9/28/2014
This is a great carry holster for the SR1911. It holds the pistol close and is secure with a metal reinforced thumb break. It doesnt take up much of your belt so it doesnt have gaps like hybrid leather kydex holsters and is much more comfortable than molded plastic.
