The AR-556 Brass Catcher provides a unique and effective way to control the throw of ejected brass casings during firing for safety, cleanup convenience and reloading support. It catches approximately sixty .223/5.56 casings before needing to be emptied. The Brass Catcher mounts quickly and easily to the rifle's Picatinny Rail with two slide-on, slide-off attachment rails. It allows for two-position mounting (high or low) and can easily be custom-fitted using common hand tools so the catcher will not obstruct or interfere with other items that may also be attached to the rail.
