This Ruger Discreet Carry Backpack is a discreet, stylish alternative for transporting your takedown rifle and accessories. Non-tactical styling and materials blend perfectly with any environment. Layers of integrated structural foam obscure the rifle's signature contours to prevent printing. Pockets are sized to conveniently store rifle components including rear stocks w/ mounted rail accessories and forends with mounted bipods. Fleece-lined interiors minimize noise and prevent wear on components. To enhance comfort, straps are adjustable and the breathable mesh back features a lumbar support pad. Cheaply made like it was thrown together quickly. I would expect better quality from Ruger.

Recently got this bag after reading all the good reviews on Amazon, if you look around its generally sold out right now. Dont be fooled for the negative reviews, this bag is quality and holds a take down with room for supplys, while not looking like you are carrying a firearm. Best discreet bag ive found for the size, I am six foot two inches and it fits comfortably, seats just above my low back and has a removalable back support.

I am 6 foot 3, 225 lbs, and this fits me perfectly. A great option for either my PC Charger or PC Carbine. I was also able to still fit my Mark IV with its case in the backpack when my Charger was in it. The backpack looks great and feels great. Zipper feels sturdy. My wife was even happy that I could carry two bottles of water in the sides. Very happy with this backpack!

Purchased11/07-Should have believed the review that was on at that time- The pack straps are WAY too short for-I am 6ft. -No way to disconnect straps once wearing it! Too bad-4 more of nylon on each side would have taken care of that, as the inside set-up is very good. Copperbasin said to pull strap thru slider-THAT CAN NOT BE DONE. Suppose I can return it and eat the shipping charge. Ruger should try these products before offering them.
