Detailed Description

This Aluminum Competition Speedloader is precision CNC machined from solid aluminum. The speedloader bodies are cut in a polygon shape that produces the smallest possible outside dimensions and allows them to easily fit compact revolvers. They are also equipped with a rattle-eliminating O-ring that contacts the cartridge bases and firmly holds the rounds in place. Cartridges are released with a simple twist of the large knurled knob. This Competition Speedloader is red anodized with the Ruger logo on the knurled black knob. Fits GP100® models chambered in .38 and .357 Magnum. Made in the USA by Pachmayr®.

The product looks good but the but the space between the rubber o-ring and the plastic part that holds the cartridges is too tight and I needed a pair of pliers to get the knob to turn, then it took a lot of effort to get the kob to turn back and release the cartridges

This is a nice product 11/24/2018
I was interested in obtaining a speed loader for my GP 100 Match Champion. The polygonal shape is excellent in that it does not get in the way of the side of the handgun. The textured knob is easy to turn and is also smooth. Having never used a speed loader before Im impressed with how simple and easy it is. This will certainly speed up reloads during range practice or in a self-defense situation. I have not used it extensively so Im not certain how it will hold up with heavy use, but I can tell it is well made. Shipping was fast and lastly it has the Ruger logo on top of the knob which I like.
