| I wanted to use my Scout with the manual sights so I removed the rail. These screws fit perfectly in the tiny holes. I used a touch of Lock Tite to keep them in place. If you remove the rail I recommend these screws to fill the gaps. | ||

| These plug screws are #6-40, not the common #6-48 used on many scope mounts so the usually available plug screws wont fit. They work perfectly to fill the tapped holes if you remove the Picatinny rail. | ||
