Detailed Description

The Thumb Brake Mini Slide is made from premium saddle leather. Its double seams and a highly detailed molded fit make this exposed muzzle, tight fitting, two-slot holster a great choice for your pistol. The thumb break feaure provides improved retention in any carry situation. It features an adjustable-tension device. Belt slots are 1 3/4" wide. Black leather finish. Fits the MAX-9® with an optic installed. Right hand only. Made in the USA by DeSantis Gunhide®.

Not compatible with external safety 3/14/2022
The holster is made of high quality materials. However it’s NOT compatible with the model with the external safety as the metal button snap it directly over where the safety lever is with it on safe. Also the MRD tests against the front belt loop putting pressure on the MRD (a few minutes with a file to make a notch solves this however)

Great overall quality but requires some slight modification. 2/18/2022
Overall this has the quality you would expect for this maker. HOWEVER, the front loop does NOT allow for proper fit of a MRD. In order to have the pistol fully seat and not put stress on the optic I had to file a notch in the forward belt loop. This wasn't an issue because there is plenty of leather between the stitching and the edge. Also the positioning of the thumb break snaps doesn't allow for the manual safety to be in the safe position. For the price of this holster I would have e expected much better product testing and fitment. Its still a great quality holster if you are will to make some modifications yourself.
