This LiteWave H3® sight combine Tritium with HIVIZ® Litepipe technology for 24-hour illumination. This ultra-bright encapsulated Tritium rear sight delivers fast acquisition and a bright sight picture day or night. The all-steel construction is rugged and durable, designed for the roughest personal defense and protection use. This sight fits the MAX-9® only. HIVIZ® Tritium illuminated sight warranty information: HIVIZ® Tritium sights are covered for a period of 12 years according to the date stamp on the product against tritium failure resulting in total loss of illumination due to defects in the workmanship or material during normal use. The original owner is entitled replacement of the entire sight pending inspection for misuse. This warranty does not cover failure due to damage that is the result of abuse, or accidental or improper use and or damage resulting from improper installation methods.

Important Notice: This product contains tritium gas "H3" and is regulated by the US NRC. The Purchaser is exempt from any regulatory requirements. Do not attempt to disassemble the sight.

	Difficult to install, not fiber optic	7/21/2023
This is not a fiber optic like the front sight, just tritium. My factory sight was very difficult to remove and the new one was difficult to install. It actually broke a sight pusher 3 times and left a dent in the new sight.

purchased this sight for my max-9. after one mag of ammo the sight inserts fell out like they were not even glued in. very disappointed. do not waste your money on this. instead go to night fision and order the sight set there. do not need to use the front sight since the one on the gun is fine.

Completely agree with Sean in the reviews below on all points mentioned, especially that it should have come factory installed new. The new rear sights allow for quick sight picture in lower light conditions, even with an optic installed.

You can push the sight all the way through both ways with just a finger. Mine does not fit tight at all.

Holding the sight in your hands it looks much less googly-eyed than the picture would suggest. Mine went on just fine with only my home sight pusher, no gunsmith assistance needed. The tritium capsules have an appropriate glow in the dark, about as bright as the front sight. The rears are smaller than the front making it easy to determine which green dot is which. Overall, a worthy upgrade to the Max-9, I only wish the pistol had come with it from the factory.
