Insecure |

I have three of the BX-25X2 magazines, and though I was initially happy with the dust covers, I soon found that they fall off rather easily, and become lost.
I feel like Ruger could make a very minor change to solve this issue. There is a slot in both the front and back of each dust cover, so that it clears the magazine's locking pins easily. If that slot didn't run the full distance, from the top of the locking pins, to the open end of the dust covers, then it would catch on the locking pins, keeping it in place better. |

I have had these before and they work as intended at keeping dirt out of the mags in the field and storage. |

A necessity |

These are a necessity in keeping your magazines clean and free of any excess debris. They work as described, but as one other reviewer stated, different colors would be nice. I also agree with another reviewer, the price for no more than what they are is a bit much. Thus, the reason for four-starts. |

Great But Need different Colors Also |

These are great items very practical, useful, and protective.
I just wish that they were in a couple of other colors like
hunter orange or red so that you could see them easier
and also use the colors to distinguish different types of ammo inside
or loaded VS unloaded magazines. |

A bit pricey for a piece of rubber, but they work as discribed. |
