The Speed Scabbard was designed to meet the needs of plainclothes professionals preferring a holster without a thumb break while still providing firearm retention. This is accomplished with precise molding and tension screw device on most models. Belt slots are 1-3/4" wide. Ruger logo stamped on front. Available in black or tan unlined leather. Fits both Duty and Compact Ruger American Pistol® models. Made in the USA by DeSantis Gunhide®.

Great holster 7/17/2019
Love it ... love it ... love it. It fits close to my body and allows me to straddle a belt loop which is exactly the position I need it. Had another holster, different manufacturer, that had to go before or after the belt loop, wrong place for me. Again, it fits nicely against my body ... great holster.
