| Fit good, look good, fell good. I gave 2 stars because I had to tap hole for grip screw. Also I had to pay extra for grips that should have come with gun!! |

Great looks, slight fitment issue |

| These grips made my new model vequero look so much better, and they feel good too. Only issue I had was the left side grip pin slot was just ever so slightly off not allowing the grip to set. I grabbed a slightly larger drill bit, and drilled it just a teeny tiny bit larger and perfect fit was achieved. Huge improvement over stock finish on my stainless masterpiece. |

| These are an awesome addition to your pistols, great price, perfect fit, and speedy service. I ordered a previous pair for a New Vaquero and just ordered a second set for a recently added pistol. It looks like I have a matching pair now! |

Rosewood grips |

| They fit my 22 single action convertible with a little persuasion.what I dont like is the open hole after the screw is installed.the black grips I took off have a sleeve that the screw passes through. Is it possible to force the silver sleeves out and install in the rosewood grips? |

Its a shame |

| I bought these for my Blackhawk .357 they were close, but just a hair too big to fit on my gun. I had to sand off a bit from the top and the flat part of the front to try and make them fit. While doing this part of the wood from the bottom of the grip broke off in my hand. Its a shame that the grips that came with my gun fit perfectly, but these Ruger parts apparently cant be made to fit the same way. A i shouldnt have to sand the grips down just to make them fit. B The tip on the bottom inside shouldnt be able to break off in my hands. Cant return them because they must be in new condition. |

Very poor quality control |

| When I tried installing the grips, there was a big gap between the grip and the grip frame. On checking it out,I found a few problems. There was no hole drilled for the trigger spring retaining pin, the hole for the grip panel dowel was not in the correct place and the grip wasnt hollowed out for the internal lock assy. I called the number given for help. I told them the problem and they said I probably ordered the wrong grips. I gave them the serial number and, I ordered the correct grip. They told me there was nothing they could do and to send the grips back. I asked if they could have been packaged wrong. They said no. I asked if they could send me another set. Again, No. They said again, theres nothing we can do just send them back. I liked the looks of the grips so I spent almost three hours drilling holes that were missing, elongating holes that were not in the correct position and, hollowing out the grips so the internal lock assy had room. They now look great but, I will never order anything from this site again. Their customer service sucks. They made me feel like I was a total bother for taking up their time. I still think they messed up with packaging and sent the wrong grips. This is my first and last Ruger product. |

| wood excellent. fit excellent. instructions not included. Would have been helpful to know to place screw from left to right. Also, as one reviewer commented, the black screw and resulting appearance is not five star. The wood grips on factory gun w/ silver screw appears much better imo. |

| First Ruger Ive purchased since my security six and blackhawk back in the mid 80s. Quality and reliability are still top notch. These grips are a perfect fit for my New Vaquero and they they are absolutely beautiful. They are a little larger than the plastic stock grips so they are much more comfortable in use. Great buy!! |

| Ive been dealing with Ruger for over 40 years, and have never had a problem with their staff, or ANY of their products. The New Vaquero grips are vey well made, an I LIKE them. Although they may not be as perfect as some think they should be, NOTHING........., in this world is perfect. If it were, there wouldnt be any hate mongers, or wars. If you arent happy with what you have, return it, or LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT! |

| This set of rosewood grips make my Ruger New Vaquero quite beautiful. The fit is perfect and they are a bit wider than the plastic grips the pistol came with. It now fits the hand much better.
No need to try and find a better more expensive set that does not fit. These are really great. |

| Excellent grips. Fit well and are beautiful. If they dont fit your gun, you are doing something wrong. Ruger makes different grip frame sizes so you have to know what type of grips you are getting to match your specific gun |

Grips work just as Ruger says they do |

| These grips are made for Ruger by Ruger and they work on the Rogers they say they do. If you wish to change your current grips for your pistol it always seems like a good idea to get the proper ones and follow the instructions to change said grip. That goes for anything that has to do with a firearm, Ignore the hater on this review. Good ole Roger might consider getting an education in both English, all of 1st grade - graduation, firearms and maintenance of anything his fingers touch. |

| These Grips made my New Vaquero the talk of the range. Iindescribably excellent workmanship. Beautifully chosen grain, matching from side to side. Perfect fit with no adjustments of any kind. Before ordering, be sure to read the description provided. You must look at your serial number to be sure they will fit certain New Vaqueros with serial numbers beginning with 511, etc. I love mine. |
