Detailed Description

The Elite Survival Systems DuraTek™ Hip Holster is an attractive, cost-effective choice for storing, transporting and carrying your handgun. It is constructed of dense, padded ballistic nylon with an injection-molded polymer belt panel to fit up to 2" wide belts. It has a full-coverage design and a closed bottom for maximum protection to the handgun. Its SightStrip™ provides protection to the front and rear sights, and the snap retainer strap is velcro adjustable. Fits the SR1911® Standard pistol and Mark-series pistols with barrel lengths up to 5.5" (including the Mark IV™ 22/45 Lite™). The holster inlcudes an embroidered Ruger logo. Made in the USA by Elite® Survival Systems.

Nice Holster 6/25/2021
I just wanted a regular holster to carry my MkIV out and about. This one fits the bill. I fits snugly, protects the trigger and seems well built. The only reason I dropped one star is that it will not fit properly if you have the accessory sight rail mounted. No real biggie as it’s easy to remove. Hoping to give this holster a workout on the farm.

Safe holster 9/25/2020
I purchased this holster for my mk 4 standard. The holster fits the gun well and covers the trigger guard/trigger. The holster is rigid enough to prevent the trigger from being pulled by an object snagging on the outside of the holster over the trigger guard, something you dont see with all fabric or synthetic holsters but is necessary for safety in my opinion. Snap closure is well built and adjustable. The plastic belt loop comes with 2 slots to put a belt through, which could work for a normal size non carry belt. I just put my belt behind the entire plastic piece. It fits snugly on a 2 inch carry belt which is also pretty thick. It doesnt slide on the belt or move around which is good, but it would not fit a larger belt. The belt loop doesnt seem super robust, but it should hold up fine with normal use. The embroidered logo is nice. The holster has a plastic channel to prevent the sights from snagging or damaging the holster which has worked well. For a mk. 4 standard the only gun I have tried in it I would recommend this holster.
