Detailed Description

TRUGLO patented TFX PRO (Tritium + Fiber-Optic Xtreme) sights provide a 3-dot aiming system that is bright in daylight as well as low light and complete darkness - no batteries or light exposure required. TFX technology uses a sealed capsule design, press-fit retention rings, and Fortress Finish™ permanent protective coating that make the sights incredibly durable and resistant to chemicals and solvents that can damage unprotected sights. Front sight FOCUSoLOCK supports fast and accurate shooting and the concealed fiber cannot be seen by target. PRO version includes a U-notch rear sight for increased speed and accuracy, a bright orange FOCUSoLOCK ring on the front sight, and a forward-angled rear sight profile to assist in emergency one-hand slide operation. Fits the Ruger SR1911® pistol. Assembled in USA with quality Swiss Tritium for maximum brightness.

Does not fit SR1911® models equipped with adjustable rear sights.

Theses are probably the best Iron Sights available! You can find them for around $70.00 less at many other sites.

Great sights for the government model 2/8/2018
I ordered these from a different web site as they were out of stock here. These sights fit pretty good. I ordered the novak low version. The front sight had to be filed down a bit by my local gunsmith. But they only charged $35 to mount the sights. I love the sight picture both during the day and during the night.

Rear Sight would not fit SR1911 10mm 7/24/2017
The rear sight in this set would not fit my SR1911 10mm. I had two different gunsmiths look at it. I ended up using the front sight only, and keeping the adjustable all black sight. I specifically ordered from Ruger to avoid this kind of situation. This was an expensive mistake.
