DOES NOT FIT!! 5/11/2023
If you have a Security 380, please save your money and do not buy these sights! You will save yourself a lot of frustration, anger and disappointment. I even took them to a gunsmith and he couldn’t get the front sight on. Ruger is not going to offer any support if you have difficulties. I now have a new Security 380 that I cannot use. I would leave a photo if I could, but I’ll just post it on social media.
