The Insider IWB holster is made from full-grain leather construction with a metal clip for inside-pants carry. It is reinforced at the top for ease in re-holstering. Available in tan only with Ruger logo stamped into leather. Fits the MAX-9® with an optic installed. Right hand only. Made in USA by Triple K.

Nice tight fit, needs a bit of leather treatment to relax it a bit. Top quality and very well made.

This holster is noticeably more comfortable than my previous IWB holster. Being leather, it holds the pistol a little too firmly right out of the box and there was leather residue on the pistol when drawn. However, the directions warn you about this and suggest some break-in techniques before going out on the street. This worked and I feel that I can get it out of the holster when I want to and feel secure that it's held safely when I don't want to. It holds the pistol very close for very good concealment.
