The PC Carbine™ Magpul Backpacker Stock™ offers a minimalist solution for the hunter or outdoorsman and was designed for transporting the rifle in an efficient, convenient package without compromising shooting performance or ease of deployment. The PC Backpacker uses a unique locking interface that attaches the barrel assembly to the receiver that provides an efficient solution for storage during transportation while maintaining convenient assembly from the stowed position. The multiple QD cup mounting locations make it easy to carry the Ruger PC Carbine in either the take down or assembled state.
The stock is constructed with an advanced polymer, featuring an ergonomic hand guard with M-LOK slots at the 3 & 9 o'clock positions and interchangeable cheek risers to accommodate for various sighting options. The PC Backpacker stock also features an MOE SL rubber butt-pad offering an anti-slip surface that increases impact protection and is compatible with the MOE SL Enhanced Rubber Butt-Pad for an additional 3/8" LOP. The stock also includes two integrated storage compartments. The water-resistant grip storage compartment provides a handy location for storing a small multi-tool, survival equipment, or cleaning equipment. The second compartment in the riser section that's ideal for a single pistol magazine. The stock's length- of-pull is 13.75" and it weighs 23 oz. Made in the USA by Magpul®.
NOTE: The PC Carbine™ Magpul Backpacker Stock is compatible with all Ruger PC Carbine receivers in 9mm Luger and .40 S&W. Ruger models equipped with chassis and/or tubular handguards utilize a Modular Handguard Mount which will need to be replaced by the end user with a standard Takedown Block in order to mount the Magpul Forend. Ruger offers a kit with all required hardware for making this conversion (part #90064) sold separately.
