Detailed Description

Black oxide alloy steel, 15-round, 9mm Luger Genuine Ruger® Factory Magazine is compatible with the Security-9® pistol. It is also compatible with the PC Carbine™ and PC Charger™ with the SR9/S9 magazine well insert installed. It is not compatible with SR9® or SR9c® pistols. Not recommended for use with the Security-9 Compact pistol without the use of the Security-9 Compact Magazine Adapter (#90668).

15-round magazines are not available in all states and locales. Ruger cannot bill to or ship 15-round magazines to the following states and cities: California; Boulder County, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington State, Washington DC. Review of Security-9 15 round review 3/30/2024
Worked excellent, no problems loading but I do use a magazine speed loader as my hands don't work as well as they used to.
 
Wish i got the 17 round mag 10/14/2023
15 round hard to load after 1000 rounds,wish i had gone with 17 round cant trust this mag for edc , security 9 compact have to go back to 10 round.my favorite edc and i work for glock but quality wise ruger better made than 43x.

I can load these magazines without too much trouble ,but I use a speed loader just easier and faster for me.

Old lady hands 6/26/2021
5 stars! I have no strength in my thumbs and cannot load my magazines at all without my Magazine Speed Loader. I have no problem loading 15 rounds when using this. I love my Security 9 pistol, it is the only one that my hands are able to use. I have no problem taking it apart and cleaning it and it is the 1st firearm I have been responsible for.

I dont know why some people have issues fully loading these mags; I have six of them and have no issues at all. I would most definitely recommend them.

My review of the Ruger Security -9 15-round 9mm magazine 6/30/2020
When I purchased my Ruger, I had the same problem with magazine tension while loading. What I did was load in 5 round increments pushing the rounds up and down in the mag. to work the tension. This seemed to help load the mag a little easier. Hopes this helps.

15 round magazine 5/28/2020
I see from the review of the 10 round magazine, that the person could not get more than 4 rounds in the magazine. I have the exact same problem, only with the 15-round magazine, I can only get 10 rounds in it. The tension is so tight, it wont allow for any more rounds. How can this problem be solved?
